Delivery
Every piece is carefully packaged and dispatched with a tracked, signed-for service. Delivery timelines depend on whether the piece is ready to ship or made to order; we will confirm the expected delivery date when we confirm your order. You are also welcome to collect your piece from our showroom.
Returns
If a ready-to-ship piece is not right for you, please contact us before returning it. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Bespoke, resized, engraved and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return unless faulty.
