Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. A CVD lab-grown diamond is made of the same crystallised carbon as a mined diamond and has the same hardness, brilliance and fire. Only its origin is different.
What gold do you use?
Our pieces are crafted in solid 9–10K gold in yellow, white or rose. The gold weight of every piece is listed in its specification table.
What does “Price on request” mean?
Some high-value pieces are priced individually because they depend on the current gold rate and stone selection. Tap “Request the price” on the product page and we will send you a quotation.
Why might the price change?
Gold is traded daily and our prices are set in Malaysian Ringgit, so the final price can move with the gold rate and exchange rate. We will always confirm the price with you before you pay.
Can I change the gold colour or stone size?

Can I see the pieces in person?

What do the codes like BWR92 mean?
Each design has a catalogue code: BWR for rings, BWE for earrings, BWP for pendants, BWN for necklaces and BWBr for bracelets. Quote the code when you enquire so we can help you faster.
