Products and descriptions
We describe each piece as accurately as possible, including stones, carat weights, gold purity and gold weight. Because every piece is crafted by hand, minor variations in weight and appearance may occur. Product photographs are for illustration; colours may vary slightly between screens.
Prices
Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Jewellery prices depend on the prevailing gold rate and exchange rates, so a price may change before your order is confirmed. We will contact you to confirm the final price before taking payment if it differs from the price displayed.
Orders
An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where a piece is no longer available or a price was displayed in error, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.
Bespoke and altered pieces
Bespoke pieces and items altered to your specification (including resizing and engraving) are made especially for you. A deposit may be required, and such pieces may not be eligible for return except where faulty.
